MEMORIAL DAY PARADE VOLUNTEER

The troop is looking for an adult to coordiante the Memorial Day Parade. Thsi would entail coordinating the troop marching, sign ups and an optional float. Please contact Scoutmaster Jay Huggins if you can help.

Early Departure for High School Scouts and trailer: Friday, May 13, 2:45pm
Remainder of Troop Departure: Friday, May 13, 6:00pm personal gear only, report by 5:30pm.
Adult Volunteer Saturday arrival should be by 8:30 for the opening ceremonies. Carpooling encouraged, see Troop Roster for individual contact info.

Troop 163 has been asked to run the Spring Camporee for the Pomperaug District the weekend of May 13-15, 2016. The Patrol Leaders Council and troop members have been working on the program and logistics for months and things are coming together.
