ATTENTION: All scouts who have not yet completed the Orienteering requirement for 1st Class Rank; we plan to run an Orienteering Course at the February 19th Troop meeting. Please review the requirements and come prepared to show your skills. If you have already completed this course, this is your opportunity to mentor others.

In order for everyone to get home in time to see the Superbowl commercials, we have rescheduled the PLC meeting to 2:00 and the troop meeting to 3:00 - 4:30. The Parent meeting has been canceled for February and will resume in March.

The Movie Night Lock-in will be February 11th starting at 7PM. Wear your pajamas and bring your sleeping bag! Cost will be $15 per person and includes snacks, drinks and pizza on Saturday night.

A scout is Reverant! All scouts are asked to participate in Scout Sunday, which celebrates the 102nd birthday of the Boy Scouts of America. We will be meeting at 8:45AM and attend the 9AM mass. We will need volunteers to be alter servers, gospel readers, petition readers, and others to bring the gifts to the alter. Please contact Mrs. Moribito to help. Parents are encouraged to participate.

For those scouts who worship at a place other than Saint Jude, please feel free to participate in scout Sunday at your own place of worship. Please wear your class A uniform and consider asking to be part of the service.

The troop's Open House will be January 29th. All High School aged scouts and adult leaders are asked to be at the St. Jude gym at 12:30 PM to help set up. Parents are also encouraged to help. Scouts should be at the gym by 4PM. This is our last opportunity to show what Troop 163 has to offer.
